Jenny Ragavan is an admitted attorney with over 20 years of commercial law experience. She has provided legal counsel services to numerous corporate entities.

She has headed Legal, Governance, Compliance, as well as Risk Management functions in South Africa, abroad and in Africa.

Jenny has been registered as the Head of Compliance Control function with the Prudential Authority, FAIS Compliance officer with FSCA and AML/FIC Compliance officer with FIC throughout her career.

In terms of Legal, Governance, Power skills and Compliance training, Jenny has provided on-line and face-to-face training with assessments at a Board, Shareholder, Management and Staff level.

Matthew Denver Ragavan began his journey in the ICT arena in 2002, where his passion for education was seen in the pace in which he has climbed the rankings from an account manager, sales director and entrepreneur of his own training solution business in 2014.

Having achieved his highly ambitious goals, Matthew has become an entrepreneur focused on supplying skilled resources and education solutions to training companies to the training industry.

As Managing Director of Ex-cel Business Training, Matthew Ragavan brings an innovative and entrepreneurial flair to the table. He Leverages off years of experience in developing, managing and implementing enterprise level training solutions, he has the vision to not only grow the division’s capabilities, but develop cutting edge training methodologies to adapt to the ever-changing market and deliver true value to customers.
